  Wow, hard to believe they are in business. Sunday morning trying to get breakfast. Approximately 20 to 30 minutes in drive through. Many people very angry. I finally get to the drive through window and I expain to the young girl it was the worst experience at a McDonald's restaurant in my lifetime. She responded by saying that will be $8.25. I asked her if she heard a word that I said, she closed the window and walked away. I watched her taking other orders on a computer screen while I was trying to get her attention. I then asked to speak to the Manager. I was still ignored until I started beeping my horn. Finally the Manager came to the window. I told her about my experience and asked for the franchise owners name which she explained she could not give me. She then asked me if she could get my order. I told her to forget about it. Many other customers were very angry, even returning their food and demanding their money back.
  This McDonald's has always been a blemish on the McDonald's Corp. No wonder McDonald's has been struggling the last few years. Operators like the one who owns 9th Street Ocean City should get out of the business and allow a good franchise owner to uphold the McDonald's reputation.
